Cash On Delivery:

At JD Decor, we offer Cash On Delivery (COD) as a payment option for most of our products, excluding customized items. To avail COD, kindly ensure that your order value should not exceed Rs. 3500/-. Please note that for COD orders, an advance payment of 15% of the product price is applicable.

To confirm COD orders, our customer service team will contact you within 1 to 2 days of receiving the order request. If, for any reason, you are unable to answer our representative’s call, we will make three additional attempts through calls and text messages (WhatsApp). If there is no response after these attempts, we reserve the right to prioritize the cancellation of your order.

General Shipping Time:

The estimated shipping time for our products is clearly indicated on the respective product listings. Customized orders typically require 10-15 working days for processing.
